Mud Slide

Mudslide

As I’m about to slide down the steep slide, my trembling hands cling onto the thick rope. I let go and slid down very fast. As soon as I fell in the muddy pond, my feet sunk right into the gooey mud beneath it. I felt lumps of mud surrounding me and goosebumps appeared all over my legs and arms. I started to swim over to the ladder and climbed my way out. I lined up again for another turn, soaking wet but feeling full of joy. At first I was nervous but as soon as I fell in, my confidence gained.
